Access the new Account Inspection dashboard directly from the Account List view. The dashboard uses Einstein Discovery to provide out-of-the-box, configurable AI-driven health and upside scores that help to identify Accounts at Risk and Accounts with Upside.
III. Dynamic form for Leads
Dynamic Forms lets sales transform monolithic page layouts to show users only the data they need to see. Dynamic Forms affect what the user sees when they create, view, and edit records.

Customers can now view availability across the seller’s calendar to set up a meeting. Sellers can also quickly schedule meetings by offering Salesforce-recommended best next times for their customers.
