Job Description:
- Lead and guide the testing process for the Salesforce system for Japanese clients, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage of the project.
- Manage the testing team, overseeing all activities to ensure smooth and timely processes.
- Create test cases in Japanese based on the design documentation, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards.
- Perform unit tests and integration tests according to the established test case documentation, ensuring perfect integration of functions between components.
- Design detailed testing plans and manage the execution timeline, optimizing the testing process.
- Ensure that the testing process runs smoothly by utilizing various communication tools such as email, online chat, and video conferencing with clients and the development team.
- Analyze testing results, report bugs, and propose effective corrective actions to ensure products meet high-quality standards.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to read, understand, and create test cases in Japanese.
- Minimum of3 years of software testing experience, with priority given to candidates with experience in Salesforce environments.
- Skills in designing and managing testing processes, including unit tests and integration tests.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in Japanese.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to improve the testing process effectively.
- Experience using automated testing tools is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency of N2 or higher; ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
