CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) INTERN
Duration: 2 or 3 months
Responsibilities:
– Research on Salesforce and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
– Take part in challenging digital transformation projects for all industries, supporting customers in the development of customized solutions to transform their sales, assistance, and digital marketing processes.
Requirements:
– Final-year students of Information Technology (Software) or Management Information Systems at universities. (No coding skills required)
– Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Have good knowledge of PHP, .Net, and Java.
– Be a diligent, willing-to-learn person.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Ability to work full-time is preferred.
– Working hours: Monday to Friday.
