Recently, our company had the opportunity to participate in the “JCCH × University of Social Sciences and Humanities Japanese Language Exchange Conference” organized by JCCH. This meaningful event served as a bridge between businesses and students studying Japanese, while also providing an opportunity to share insights into our work environment, corporate culture, and future career development opportunities.
Let’s hear from one of our company representatives about their experience at the event:
“The Japanese language exchange event with students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, organized by JCCH, left me with many unforgettable impressions.
Being able to communicate directly with the students in Japanese, I could clearly feel their enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and determination to improve. Many of them were still quite shy when speaking Japanese, but their attentive expressions and focused listening showed a genuine desire for personal growth.
While sharing my thoughts on career development, I realized that I was not only passing on my experiences but also gaining energy from the students’ sincere questions. Some were unsure about where to begin, while others worried about their Japanese language skills. I understood these concerns because I had once been in the same position. Therefore, I hoped that my experiences and advice could help them feel more confident about the path ahead.
The company introduction session was another moment that I deeply appreciated. Having the opportunity to introduce our working environment, corporate culture, and career opportunities to the students made me feel proud, and I hope it helped create meaningful connections for the future.
As I left the event, what remained with me was not only the memory of a language exchange program, but also a sense of connection between generations and a strong belief in the potential of young people. I would like to sincerely thank JCCH for creating such a meaningful opportunity.”
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to JCCH and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for providing a valuable platform where businesses and students could connect, exchange ideas, and work together toward positive goals in education and career development.
We look forward to continuing to support and accompany students on their journey of personal growth and Japanese language learning in the future.
