After nearly 6 months of construction and completion, the project to implement the Salesforce CRM system for Donagamex customers was officially go live on June 9, 2022.
In early 2022, Keizu Vietnam and Donagamex decided to start the Salesforce CRM project. The project includes the implementation of Sales Cloud and Pardot solutions, the systems with many features such as sales processes management, products management, and marketing campaigns support. Throughout the project, Keizu and Donagamex have worked hard together and discussed continuously to complete and release this project on schedule.
The go-live ceremony was successfully organized at Keizu’s office with the participation of the board of directors and all end-users.
During the meeting, the representative of Donagamex company expressed his expectation to improve the company’s sales processes. This Salesforce system will save time selling to each customer, and reaching out to more customers thereby increasing the company’s revenue, reducing churn rate, and improving productivity. This project also marks the first cooperation between Keizu Vietnam and Donagamex. demonstrating Donagamex’s trust in Keizu Vietnam on consulting and deploying Salesforce CRM solutions.
